Meet the Princesses of the Otoe Missouria Tribe

Each July during the Annual Summer Encampment, a new tribal princess is crowned to represent the tribe for one year. The young lady acts as a ambassador for the tribe as she travels to various dances and gatherings throughout the United States sharing Otoe-Missouria culture.

The Otoe-Missouria Tribe has had a tribal princess since 1949. Below are a list of the tribe's princesses. If you are a former princess and your information is listed incorrectly, please contact the Public Information Office at hpayne@omtribe.org.
