REOPENING OF THE TRIBAL COMPLEX 

The Otoe-Missouria Tribal Complex will be opening in a limited capacity at 9 a.m. on June 8, 2020.  

HOURS OF OPERATION--The Otoe-Missouria tribal complex will be open Monday-Thursday, 9:00-4:00 p.m. Every department on campus will be operating. All buildings on campus will remain locked.

VISITORS AND PARTICIPANTS--There are no visitors allowed into any tribal complex buildings. Program business will be conducted by appointment only if business cannot be handled via telephone, email or mail.

Visitors and staff are to enter the complex via Alene Adams Parkway (accessible through the gasino parking lot) and complete a temperature check and respiratory screening.

NEED TO APPLY & DO NOT HAVE A PRINTER? If you cannot print a form, you may request an application be mailed to you by emailing tap@omtribe.org.

WHAT TO DO WITH COMPLETED APPLICATIONS? Drop off your applications or mail. A dropbox has been set up at OMPD to accept Tribal Assistance Program forms. Forms may also be mailed to the tribal complex at Otoe-Missouria Tribe, Attn: TAP, 8151 HWY 177, Red Rock, OK 74651.

TRIBAL TAGS

NO SAME DAY TAG SERVICE

TO GET AN ESTIMATE OF YOUR TAG COST The tribal member on the registration must contact Carol Bible at cbible@omtribe.org or by phone at 580-723-4466 ext 248 to inquire. Once the proper documentation and payment has been processed, the tag will be mailed to the registrant.


HEALTH DEPARTMENT

The OM Health Dept is still picking up and delivering medications and providing transportation to medical appointments. Contact Donnie Childs at 405-258-8342 for more information or to make your request. 


DIABETES DEPARTMENT

Requests for delivery of diabetes supplies or general questions about your diabetes can be made by leaving a message with our diabetes nurse at 580-723-4466 ext 251. The diabetes nurse will return your call.


DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
Domestic violence is still open to the community 24 hrs a day. Samantha Moran, Otoe-Missouria Domestic Violence Program CTAS Program Director can be reached at 580-485-7424.


ELDERS TITLE VI

These services are available to our Elders who reside within a 20-mile radius of the Otoe-Missouria Tribal Complex and will continue to update you, as needed. Below is a list of limited services that are available to you while our Senior Center is CLOSED.

· We can do some lite shopping for you, if needed. Please call to schedule a day.

· We can pick up your commods. You will need to call the Ponca Food Distribution and make an appt for pick up and we can pick them up and deliver them to you.

· We can do small errands, such as, pick up Meds from Pawnee IHS or White Eagle IHS but you will need to call in your refills and we will pick up and deliver.

· There will be minimal transports to the post office to check your mail and to pay any bills for you. Please state whether its post office related or to pay bills when you call.

· If you are needing water, we can have some delivered to you.

· If you are needing Toilet paper, personal hygiene items, other necessities like laundry soap or cleaning items, we can have some delivered to you.

· We can deliver some board games, puzzles or activity books, if needed.

· Well checks will be done Tuesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 9:00 am – 3:00 pm, either by telephone or home visit. Staff will be practicing physical distancing and wearing the required PPE’s when doing so for your safety and theirs.

For the safety of our Elders, we just ask that you stay home, as much as possible, and be safe during this critical time. If it’s an emergency, please call 911. You can contact us at the numbers below for any services you are needing. If you receive a voicemail, please leave your name and number, day and time you called, and we will get back to you. Thank you for your cooperation and we can all get through this together!

MAINTENANCE
Grass cutting for elder tribal members is available by emailing pmoore@omtribe.org.


WIC  
WIC has received approval from the USDA, to waive physical presence and remote operations UNTIL JUNE 30,2020. What this means for you is we are still taking and keeping appointments over the phone.  You are not required to come to the clinics for your appointments. Any documents required to determine eligibility are being accepted by text or email. Benefits are being issued to eligible participants. Height, weight and iron checks will be obtained at a later date. If you need an EBT card arrangements will be made with you to pick that up. Our Nutrition Coordinator is available to answer any questions or concerns that you might have concerning your nutrition needs or in need of special infant formula or infant formula changes. And our Breastfeeding Coordinator is available to visit with you about any concerns regarding pregnancy or breastfeeding. HOUSING DEPARTMENT
1. Emergency Maintenance (issues on plumbing, electrical, roof leaks, central hear & air) on program rental units and BRM housing units. 
2. Rent Collection- Tenant may pay their rent by mailing a check or money order to the tribe’s finance department. Tenants will need to include a note of the address the payment is for. Mailing address for payments: Otoe-Missouria Tribe, Attn: Finance Office, 8151 HWY 177, Red Rock, OK  74651.
3. Maintenance staff is also mowing. 
4. Applications for housing can still be received by scanning the application and emailing it to Analecia Roubedeaux (aroubedeux@omtribe.org) or Laura (l.hall@omtribe.org). 
Applications can be mailed to the housing office at OMT Housing Dept, 405 Wendell Ave., Red Rock, OK 74651.

CHILDCARE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Childcare financial assistance is still available for clients. Applications are available online at https://www.omtribe.org/useruploads/files/application_childcare.pdf and my be emailed or mailed to the CCDF Office.


EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ASSISTANCE
A limited number of supplies are available for tribal members such as toilet paper, disinfectant spray (Lysol), gloves, cleansing supplies, bleach, soap and bottled water. You may call the the Emergency Manager 580-307-4242 to make your request. Elders are prioritized for assistance.
