Otoe-Missouria Tribe Health Program

The Otoe-Missouria Tribe Health Program operates six health programs funded by the Indian Health Service that include the Substance Abuse Program, Mental Health Program, Community Health Representatives, Public Health Nursing, Health Education and Nutrition Program. To be eligible for services you must be Native American residing in Noble County or a Tribal member residing outside of Noble County but within a 50-mile radius of the tribal complex.

Services available may include transportation to medical appointments, home visits, nutrition education, behavioral health counseling to individuals and families, substance abuse support group meetings, public health nursing and health education services.
