Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children

The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) serves to safeguard the health of income eligible pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum women, infants, and children up to age 5 who are at nutritional risk by providing nutritious foods to supplement diets, information on healthy eating, and referrals to health care at no cost. Participants must meet income guidelines and a State residency requirement and must be individually determined to be at “nutritional risk” by a health professional.

This is an equal opportunity program. If you believe you have been discriminated against because of race, color, national origin, age, sex or handicap, write immediately to the Secretary of Agriculture, Washington D.C. 20250.

We did the Math:

When using WIC Benefits, a Pregnant Mom can save about $400 over her pregnancy, a fully Breastfeeding Mom and Baby can save around $1,200 that first year, a Non-Breastfeeding Mom and Baby can save around $400 that first year, and a Child Between 1 and 5 can save about $500 each year.

You could save around $2,800 up to $3,600 on groceries while on WIC!

Call or Email us today and see if You, Your Infant, or Your Child up to 5 is eligible and to schedule an appointment.
